Mission
The REALTOR® Foundation of Iowa offers financial support to Iowans in need and organizations working to improve the quality of life for Iowans.
The Work We Do
Every year, the REALTOR® Foundation of Iowa contributes thousands of dollars to housing assistance and community involvement programs, and promotes other programs across the state that help keep Iowa a safe and attractive place to live.

Project Jack
Project Jack is back this year. We're very excited to offer this pay-it-forward program inspired by the giving spirit of Jack Lindaman and his family. Learn more about how we impact thousands of 4th and 5th graders and their communities throughout Iowa!
The application opens Tuesday, November 15, 2022.

Ways to Give
The REALTOR® Foundation of Iowa, which is incorporated under Iowa law as a 501(c)3 tax exempt charity, provides an excellent way for REALTORS® and friends of the real estate industry to help Iowans facing great challenges. All contributions are tax deductible. Find an option that's right for you.

Auction Donation
The REALTOR® Foundation of Iowa has an annual charity auction at the Iowa Association of REALTORS® Annual Convention each fall. 100% of the proceeds to go to the REALTOR Foundation of Iowa.

Trust Accounts
Instead of contributing your trust account interest to the state's general fund, we provide a way for your to divert this interest to the REALTOR® Foundation, where it can be put back into real estate programs to help Iowans achieve the goal of homeownership.

Honor a living person, commemorate a special event, or memorialize a deceased person, especially those who were strong supporters of REALTOR®
ideals.
Gifts, Trusts, Grants
Choose a one-time contribution or a series of pledges given over several months or years. These items may be designated for a specific purpose through the Foundation.
Wills & Bequests
Honor REALTOR® colleagues or family members who have passed away. Please consider the Foundation when making wills, bequests or assigning insurance.
